WHY WORK WITH FEELSCOPE?

Thoughtful about AI.
Serious about people.

I’m interested in what AI can help you do. I’m equally interested in what it could get wrong, who it affects and whether it belongs in the work at all.

Your experience counts.

You know your work, your customers and the people you work with. That knowledge belongs in the conversation from the beginning. I bring 35 years of experience across business operations, finance, training, facilitation and coaching to help you explore the options and decide what is worth doing.

Your judgement stays in the room.

AI can produce convincing answers that are inaccurate or unsuitable. Any recommendation needs a clear purpose, appropriate human oversight and clear measures of whether it saves time, reduces effort or improves results.

The people doing the work matter.

A change needs to make sense for the people using it and those affected by it. Their knowledge, needs and ability to question the output belong in the decision.

A sensible “no” is a useful answer.

If a simpler process or existing software is a better fit, I’ll say so. I don’t recommend AI simply because it is available.

Care with your information.

Please don’t send confidential files, customer information or personal or sensitive details initially.

If we work together, we agree what information is needed and how it may be used before involving an AI tool. We can often use invented or anonymised examples instead.

Open about how we work.

Transparency is part of what Feelscope promotes. Our work is guided by our AI policy, including how we check outputs, handle information and explain our use of AI.
