PRIVACY
A note about
your information.
Feelscope is run by Ella Broderick. If you have a question about your information, email ella@feelscope.co.uk.
When you get in touch
The form asks for your name, email address, business or organisation and message. You can write “Individual” if you're enquiring for yourself. Team size, your area of interest and email tips are optional. Ella uses these details to reply, understand what you need and keep track of the conversation. Please keep confidential or sensitive information out of the initial enquiry.
If you're asking about working together, we use your details to discuss a possible contract at your request. For other questions, our reason for using them is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact Feelscope.
Who can access your enquiry?
Ella uses your enquiry to respond to you. This website runs on OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare to host the site and store enquiries. Your details pass through those services and are saved in the site's database. Other visitors and people with view-only access to the site cannot read your enquiry through the website.
OpenAI, Cloudflare and their service providers also process information to run, secure and support those services. Authorised staff may need access for those purposes, under their access controls and confidentiality obligations. That is different from publishing your message or making it available to other visitors.
These providers may process information outside the UK. Their data-protection terms set out the safeguards for international transfers. You can ask Ella for further details, or read the OpenAI Sites data-processing terms and Cloudflare data-processing terms.
If you email instead
Your email passes through your email provider and Feelscope's email provider. Ella keeps it in the business email account used to handle your enquiry. Before sending confidential files, please get in touch so we can agree a suitable way to share them.
When we work together
For the Sprint, we agree recording and AI-assisted analysis when you book. Sessions are recorded and transcribed in Microsoft Teams. Ella uses business AI tools to help prepare your plan, with the tools and use of your information agreed beforehand.
Recordings are deleted within 30 days of your plan being delivered. You can ask for earlier deletion. We agree how long any other working files, transcripts and client records are needed as part of the engagement.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep your enquiry while we're responding to it and discussing possible work. When the conversation ends, we review it and delete details we no longer need. If we've agreed to follow up later, we keep the details needed for that follow-up and review them again afterwards.
If we work together, some information becomes part of your client records. Booking terms explain how long those records are needed. We may need to keep certain information longer for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Signing up for tips is a separate choice and doesn't mean we keep your full enquiry indefinitely.
Email tips and offers
We only send these if you tick the optional box. We record your choice, the wording you agreed to and the date. You can unsubscribe by emailing Ella or replying to a marketing email. This won't affect how we respond to your enquiry.
We keep subscription details until you unsubscribe or a review shows they are no longer needed. We may keep a small record of your opt-out so we don't contact you again by mistake.
Website analytics
This website doesn't currently use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. The hosting services may process technical information needed to run and protect the site.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information Feelscope holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to limit or stop using it, or provide a portable copy. Email Ella to make a request.
If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
